Our client is a well established, National commercial and retail service provider, servicing an abundance of clients throughout Australia. With a great history of success and currently expanding, this is an ideal time to jump on board!

Due to a committed staff member of almost ten years relocating interstate, an exciting opportunity has become available to join their team in the position of Senior Administrator/ Secretary.

The role is diverse with duties including but not limited to:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Supervising a junior administrator
  • Formatting tender documentation
  • Assisting with the direct mail process
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Purchasing office stationery
  • Managing and maintaining master documents, databases and website
  • Maintaining and updating website
  • Preparation of various periodic reports for management team
  • Organising adverts and mail outs
  • Providing general administrative support, when required

    To be successful in this position, you will require the following:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • A bright and friendly personality
  • A great sense of humour
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 40wpm
  • A professional telephone manner, with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team

    This position is available to commence as soon as possible, with a generous hand over period.

    Hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm, or, 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. You decide!

    In return, out client is offering a commencement salary of up to $55K + Super, which may be slightly negotiable, dependant upon experience.

    Our client's office is located in Artarmon, close to the bus line and parking is available on-site.
