Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches and established for more than 30 years, our client is a successful supplier of aluminium products, to the architecture, building and construction industries.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales representative to join their successful team.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and developing an established client base throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area, as well as the NSW Central Coast.

You will be responsible for determining clients' requirements and recommending products to suit their needs. This will require that you consistently update your product knowledge so that you are well equipped to offer clients viable solutions.

Whilst you will be responsible for nurturing an existing client base, there will be a strong business development focus in the role, which will require you to contact potential clients and develop solid relationships with them. You will also be responsible for negotiating tenders and quotes.

In order to succeed in this role you must be a motivated, driven salesperson with a strong client service ethic and great communication skills.

You will have experience in selling products to the building industry, or similar and will be experienced in reading off plans and recommending products.

An established knowledge of aluminium products would be considered highly advantageous.
