Based in the heart of Sydney's Inner West, our Client is a highly successful, reputable agency, which is continually growing and progressing.

A great opportunity has arisen to join their successful team in the position of Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent.

In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Contacting and meeting with prospective vendors/lessors who have expressed an interest in engaging the agency
  • Managing existing client relationships and encouraging repeat and word of mouth generated business
  • Listing and showing properties for sale or for lease
  • Coordinating property marketing
  • Maintaining regular contact and follow ups with interested parties

Property sales and leasing including associated administration & liaison

In order to succeed in this role you must have a Certificate of Registration or be a Licensed agent. Experience in commercial property sales and some knowledge of the Inner Western Suburbs is also required.

A high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills and a strong client services ethic are also paramount.

In return our Client is prepared to offer a base salary plus commission, or a lucrative commission only payment structure.
