INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANTS & APPOINTMENT SETTERS
1. INTERNAL SALES ASSOCIATE - FULL TIME - CBD
Our client is a rapidly expanding conferencing/research business that brings together some of Australia's leading executives, entrepreneurs and public servants through their diverse range of corporate conferences and seminars.
They require motivated salespeople to manage and execute sales campaigns from start to finish. This will include researching target businesses, telephone based cold calling, developing relationships and encouraging companies to participate in a broad variety of seminars, conferences and industry events.
Sales experience is essential, whether it be retail, telephone or wholesale based, although, a minimum of just six months previous experience is required. Your motivated attitude, professionalism and ability to think outside the square are the key attributes which will ensure your success.
You will participate in ongoing sales training and development, to ensure that you have the best opportunity to meet and exceed your targets.
Our client is offering a base salary of $35K + Super, as well as a lucrative commission structure which, with attainable targets and generous dividends, could see you earning in excess of $150,000 per year.
Office hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.
Our client's office is located a short walking distance from both bus and train lines in the CBD.

2. APPOINTMENT SETTER/ CALL CENTRE OPERATOR - PART TIME - NORTHERN BEACHES
Our Client is a well established sales and marketing company specialising in developing business contacts for their large base of business clientele. They are a successful organisation delivering telemarketing services and generating qualified leads for a vast range of industries including advertising and communication, real estate, creative, education/training and wholesale suppliers.
With their marketing campaigns reaching as far as New Zealand, the UK and Ireland, they are looking for talented Appointment Setters who can join their team and help generate quality leads and business opportunities for their extensive client base.
This role is variety packed! You will regularly be dealing with new clientele, industries, products and services. Our client will identify potential leads, allowing you to focus your time on making calls and making money!
We currently have 1 position available to commence as soon as possible. This is a part time position with morning (8:45am-12:45pm) or afternoon (1:00pm-5:00pm) shifts available.
Successful candidates may be offered additional hours, if interested, depending on availability.
No previous experience is required, but in order to be successful in this role, you will be confident, motivated, target driven and love working in a team environment.
Our client is offering 4 weeks of intensive training, an excellent hourly rate and great bonuses!
