  • Is Chadwick Personnel a member of an Industry Association?

    Yes. In fact, we are one of the founding members of the RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association) and have continued our membership for the 32 years we have been in business. We comply with their published Code of Ethics and standards and are highly ethical in our treatment towards clients and candidates alike. Our reputation is our pride and joy.

  • How do I register a vacancy with Chadwick Personnel?

    You can either speak directly with one of our Consultants over the telephone, contact by email or arrange for a Consultant to meet with you to discuss details. If you have a comprehensive job description, you can email or fax it to our office and we can get moving on it immediately.

  • Will Chadwick Personnel advertise my vacancy?

    Chadwick Personnel has access to high calibre candidates, across a broad range of industries. In most cases, we are likely to have candidates on our books, which would be well suited to your vacant position. In the event that there are not suitable candidates available, or we wish to further expand your selection, we may use other mechanisms for sourcing potential candidates, which may include discreet advertising, protecting your company's privacy. In the event that you do not wish for your vacancy to be advertised, please inform your dedicated consultant.

  • Does Chadwick Personnel offer other services apart from recruitment?

    Yes. We have very talented Consultants who are able to provide a wide variety of solutions which can be tailored to your business requirements. In addition, because we recruit for a wide variety of different industries and have a wealth of contacts, we may be able to refer you to one of our clients to assist in areas we cannot. Please speak with your Consultant to discuss your needs and we can offer specific packages and additional services to help your company be the best it can be.

  • How quickly can you arrange Temporary staff for me?

    Obviously the more notice the better, however we are very proactive and in some cases be able to arrange a temporary staff member for the next business day. Short notice is not an issue for us, we quite frequently have clients calling late in the afternoon asking for someone to start on the next business day, so just contact us when you need help. In most cases, we try to provide a selection of candidate resumes within various charge rate brackets so you have an option and do not have to take the first available.

  • Who is responsible for paying the employee on-costs for Temporary staff hired through Chadwick Personnel?

    Our Temporary rates are fully inclusive of their wages, payroll tax, workers compensation and superannuation. The Temporary is placed on our payroll and is classified as our employee, so we take the responsibility for all payroll functions of that employee.

  • How much will I have to pay for your services?

    Registering a vacancy with Chadwick Personnel is obligation free. A fee is only payable in the event that you offer a role to one of our recommended candidates and they accept and commence employment through your organization.   • What are your payment terms?

    Our payment terms for permanent placements are 14 days from commencement of employment and our Temporary placement invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • What happens if I don’t pay on time?

    If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, you are at risk of losing your free replacement warranty and of voiding any discounts, and you may then be re-invoiced at the full standard rate. We are a very understanding agency and if you are aware there may be a delay in payments, please contact your Consultant and a payment agreement can be discussed.

  • Do you offer discounts for multiple job registrations?

    Yes we do. We can provide a very competitive discounted rate for multiple registrations. We are also able to provide heavily discounted rates for exclusivity or preferred recruiter arrangements with our clients. Using Chadwick Personnel as an exclusive or preferred recruiter can also incorporate additional bonuses including free testing, extended warranty periods, greater access to Consultants and a discounted rate bonus for each 11th placement.   • Do you or can you Headhunt candidates for us?

    Yes. On request, we are able to contact candidates in particular industries and companies that have been indicated of interest by our client. This is done discretely and no client information is disclosed until a formal interest is shown by the candidate, and then only with the client's agreement. This ensures our client's privacy is always protected.

    We will NOT however, contact, poach or headhunt current employees of any of our clients, neither will we approach anyone we have placed in the past, irrespective of when that occurred. We are very ethical and will not compromise our clients or their employees.
